Connect to free support

Are you feeling drained by the on-going pandemic?  Would you like to:

  • Relax
  • Release
  • Re-center
  • Re-energize

The Cincinnati COVID Worker Support Network is a volunteer network of mental health providers, other health professionals, stress-reduction teachers, life coaches, spiritual care providers, healers, community-builders, and other caregivers dedicated to offering free support to the community of Greater Cincinnati.

The network is designed to connect you with caregivers who have volunteered to offer support throughout the COVID 19 pandemic.  The virus is not gone, we are learning to live with it, and it’s not easy.

How the Network Works

The goal of our network to help you feel supported and in community.  All support will be provided at a distance using social distancing practices or in person using safe practices established by state and professional guidelines.

Everyone is welcome to utilize our self-care library of free and publicly available resources.  In addition, anyone living in Greater Cincinnati may request individual or group support.

Information in the on-line form that you submitted will be used by network organizers for the sole purpose of connecting you with support. You only need to provide information that you are comfortable sharing, so that we can best match you with the support that you request.

You will have the opportunity to share more personal details directly with a caregiver, if you’d like.  Click here if you are interested in learning more about about our network model or how we treat your data.

And if you determine that your first match is not a good fit for your needs, there are likely other caregivers available.  You may request a new caregiver by completing this form.
